Terms
Using CinemaGram
By using CinemaGram, on the website or in the desktop app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews, lists and other content you post. By posting, you let CinemaGram display it on the service so other people can see it. You are responsible for what you post, and you must not post content that:
- is illegal, hateful, harassing or threatening;
- is sexually explicit or harmful to minors;
- is spam, or promotes scams or malware;
- infringes someone else’s rights, or shares private information about others.
We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and we filter some language automatically.
Films, streaming and tickets
CinemaGram helps you discover and track films. We do not host, stream or sell films, and we do not support piracy. Where a film can be watched or where tickets are sold, we link to other services. Availability changes, and we are not responsible for those third-party services.
Third-party data
Film information and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film titles, posters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The desktop app
The desktop app shows the CinemaGram website in its own window and adds features like notifications. It is provided as is. The installers are not code-signed yet, so your computer may show a security warning the first time you open it.
Availability and changes
CinemaGram is free and run by an independent developer. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers and liability
CinemaGram is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CinemaGram afterwards means you accept the new terms.
